This annual event, which ran from Monday, October 6, 2025, brought together Management, Staff and customers across NP (SL)’s service stations nationwide to celebrate excellence in service delivery under the inspiring theme: “Mission: Possible.”
The celebration was not only a show of gratitude to customers but also an affirmation of NP (SL)’s unwavering commitment to innovation, quality and relationship-driven service. The company emphasized that customer service goes beyond sales transactions; it represents a genuine partnership built on trust, mutual understanding and growth.
Throughout the week, NP (SL) rolled out a series of engaging and colourful activities designed to strengthen the bond between staff and customers. Each day carried a unique theme that reflected the company’s culture of inclusivity, creativity and community connection.
On the opening day, staff across NP (SL)’s stations wore distinctive uniforms and distributed tokens of appreciation to customers, expressing gratitude for their loyalty and continued patronage. The atmosphere was warm and festive, setting the tone for a week filled with smiles, laughter and appreciation.
The second day of the celebration featured the Back to School theme, where staff turned up in school uniforms, ties and backpacks, sparking waves of nostalgia among customers. The playful and interactive approach reminded customers and staff alike of the joy and innocence of their school days. It also reinforced NP (SL)’s message that learning and improvement are lifelong commitments; values deeply embedded in the company’s customer service philosophy.
Another highlight was Jersey Day, when NP (SL) staff proudly showcased football jerseys representing both local and international clubs. The colourful display created excitement and unity, sparking friendly banter among customers and staff. The theme symbolized teamwork, enthusiasm and the shared passion that defines the NP (SL) family.
The climax of the week came with Cultural Day, when staff proudly showcased Sierra Leone’s rich heritage by donning traditional attires representing the country’s diverse ethnic groups. The colourful outfits, from country cloth to vibrant prints and accessories, embodied national pride and unity. NP (SL) used the moment to highlight that just as Sierra Leone’s many tribes form one nation, NP (SL) stands united with its customers in the spirit of partnership and progress.
In its official statement, the company described customers as “the heart of our business,” reaffirming that every innovation and improvement introduced, including the NP Smart Card, NP Gas and digital payment solutions, is designed to enhance customer satisfaction and convenience.
