TELECOM Namibia has announced essential planned network maintenance scheduled for the weekend of 7–9 November 2025 as part of efforts to enhance the stability, capacity, and overall performance of the national network.
Customers in the affected areas may experience brief service interruptions during the maintenance periods.
Maintenance Schedule:
Dordabis and surrounding areas, 8 November 2025 from 08:00 to 16:00.
Epako Tower (Omaruru Area) and surrounding areas, 7 November 2025 from 17:00 to 20:00 and 8 November 2025 from 14:00 to 20:00.
International and nationwide services, 7 November 2025 from 23:00 to 8 November 2025 till 05:00.
Telecom Namibia apologises for any inconvenience and appreciates customers’ patience as these upgrades are carried out to improve the quality and reliability of services.
