The Namibian Police have alerted the public that its criminal records system is experiencing technical challenges across the country.
As a result, police stations are unable to issue certificates of conduct.
In a statement, the police appealed for patience while the issue is being addressed, assuring the public that normal services will resume once the system is restored.
The policee did not indicate when the system is expected to be fully operational.
