VICTORINA Neingo, who is currently serving her third term as a SWAPO Party local authority councillor for Outapi in the Omusati Region, is the new Mayor of the town, having made an upward move after serving as the Chairperson of the Management Committee since 2020.
The former Outapi mayor, Selma Asino, has transitioned to the regional council as the new SWAPO Party councillor for the Outapi Constituency.
