The Government of Salva Kiir Mayardit,his daughter Adut and his wife Monica Achol Abel Aguek is behaving exactly like the Government of the former Zaire president Mbuto Seseko where the burden to pay the Zaire armed forces was pushed to the common citizens.
What is the reason for president Kiir Mayardit,his daughter Adut and his new wife Achol Abel accumulation of wealth at the expenses of the armed forces defending their government.
The sources which spoke to this publication said the army,NSS and other organised forces have no option but to turn to the public for their survival after years without salaries.
