JUBA — Nile Petroleum Corp. Managing Director Emmanuel Athiei Ayual has restructured the state owned oil company, rotating multiple staff members between the corporation’s headquarters and the Dar Petroleum Operating Co. in what he described as a routine personnel realignment, Dec. 10, 2025.
According to a document obtained by The Juba Mirror News Desk, the changes were carried out under Article 23(1) of the Joint Operating Company Shareholders Agreement and clauses 19.1 and 19.2 of the United Human Resources Policy Manual (2020). The notice states that several Nilepet employees have been recalled from DPOC to Nilepet headquarters, while others have been reassigned from headquarters to various managerial posts within DPOC.
