THE Namibia Defence Force Training Establishment (NDF TE), in partnership with the Namibia Command and Staff College, has donated sanitary and cosmetic products to five schools in the Okahandja and Omatako constituencies. The items, valued at approximately N$28,000, are intended to support vulnerable children and improve their well-being.
Speaking on behalf of the NDF TE Commandant, Lt Col Sam N. Nangolo said the initiative aims to uplift learners by promoting hygiene, dignity, and improved living conditions.
He stressed that the donation forms part of a continuing charitable programme within the NDF TE, rather than a once-off event.
The supplies were formally received by Okahandja Constituency Councillor Hon. Bethel Tjiveondja and Omatako Constituency Councillor Hon. Israel Hukula, who expressed appreciation on behalf of the beneficiary schools.
