A 24-YEAR-OLD Namibian male suspect has been arrested at Gochas, accused of stealing his employer’s castration machine and a hoof cutter for both horses and cattle, together valued at N$10,000.
The crime occurred at Farm Laurenza. The suspect was employed at the farm as a casual worker.
Another case of theft by an employee from an employer was reported at Wanaheda, Windhoek.
Two male suspects, aged 34 and 37, were arrested after they allegedly removed copper cables valued at N$10,500 from business premises.
When confronted by the police, they could not provide satisfactory answers as to how the copper cables ended up in their possession.
